Terms of Service

Welcome to introvrs! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the introvrs website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using introvrs, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Please also review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Agreement: By creating an account or using introvrs in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all applicable policies (including the Privacy Policy). This agreement is between you and introvrs ("the Company," "we," or "us").

Eligibility: There are currently no strict age restrictions to join introvrs. However, by using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to do so. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction (for example, under 18 years old), you should use introvrs only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

Regional Laws: Because introvrs is available to users worldwide, you must follow any local laws that apply to your online conduct and content. If using introvrs or certain content on it is illegal where you live, you must not use the Service in that manner. We make no representations that the Service is appropriate or available in any particular location.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we might notify you through additional means (such as a notice on the website or an email). Continued use of introvrs after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service.

2. User Accounts and Security

Account Creation: To use certain features of introvrs, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You should not create an account on behalf of someone else without permission.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with others. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, notify us immediately.

Multiple Accounts: You must not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or abuse the platform. We reserve the right to disable or remove accounts that violate this rule.

Username Restrictions: You may not use a username that is offensive, vulgar, impersonates someone else, or violates any trademark or others' rights. We may require you to change a username that violates these guidelines.

3. User Responsibilities and Community Guidelines

We want introvrs to be a respectful and safe community. By posting content or interacting on the Platform, you agree to follow these guidelines:

Lawful Use: Use introvrs in compliance with all applicable laws. Do not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Respectful Behavior: Treat other users with respect. Do not harass, bully, or threaten others. Avoid hateful or discriminatory language. Everyone should feel welcome on introvrs.

Appropriate Content: Currently, introvrs allows users to post text-based content. All content you post must adhere to our rules:

• Do not post anything that is illegal, obscene, or incites violence.
• Avoid sharing content that is pornographic or sexually explicit. (If image uploads become available in the future, this rule will also apply to images. Absolutely no child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits or harms minors is allowed.)
• Do not share graphic or excessively violent content that lacks appropriate context or warning.
• No hate speech or content that attacks or degrades a group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
• Do not distribute viruses, malware, or any malicious code through the Platform.
• No spam or unwanted self-promotion. This includes repetitive or irrelevant posts, and content designed to manipulate the platform (such as fake engagement).
• Respect privacy: do not share personal or private information about others without consent (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, private correspondence).

Future Image Uploads: We plan to support image uploads in the future. When that feature is available, all the above rules will equally apply to images. Additionally, any image you upload should be your own or used with permission, and must not violate any copyrights or privacy rights.

Copyright and Ownership: Only post content that you have the right to share. Do not post copyrighted material (text or images) that you do not own or have permission to use. If you include third-party content or intellectual property in your posts, ensure you have the legal right to do so or that your use falls under fair use or similar exceptions.

Consequences: If you violate these guidelines or any part of the Terms, we may remove your content, issue a warning, or suspend/terminate your account, depending on the severity of the violation. We reserve the right to act as needed to protect the community and the integrity of the Platform.

4. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create and post on introvrs. We do not claim ownership over your text posts, comments, or (in the future) images you upload.

License to introvrs: By posting content on introvrs, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., reformatting or translating), distribute, publish, and display your content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service. This license allows us to show your posts to other users, to display your content in areas of the service (such as content feeds or discovery pages), and to create backups of our platform that include your content.

License Duration: This license continues for as long as your content is available on our Platform and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you remove your content or delete your account, we will stop displaying your removed content to other users, but please note that cached or backup copies of content might persist for a short time.

Your Promises: You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you post and that posting it does not violate any law or anyone else's rights (privacy, publicity, intellectual property, etc.). If your content contains material from third parties (for example, excerpts or images you didn't create), you must have permission to include it.

Our Content and Intellectual Property

Introvrs IP: The Service itself (including our software, design, and the compilation of content) and all content provided by introvrs (such as our logos, graphics, and text that we create) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

Trademarks: "introvrs" and our logo are trademarks of our company. You are not permitted to use these trademarks in a way that confuses others or implies our endorsement without permission.

Feedback: If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without any restriction or compensation to you. We appreciate feedback, but you understand we have no obligation to use it or to compensate you for it.

5. Payments and Transactions

Premium Features: introvrs may offer optional paid services or premium features in the future. If you choose to make a purchase, you agree to pay any applicable fees and taxes. Payments must be made through our authorized payment processor, and you must provide valid payment information.

Payment Information: Any payment details you provide will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy (typically by third-party payment processors who securely process transactions on our behalf). You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and updating it if it changes.

Refunds: All charges are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or required by law. If a specific service or feature has its own refund policy, we will provide those terms at the time of purchase.

Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to change our fees or introduce new paid services. If we do, we will provide notice (for example, on our website or via email). If you continue to use the paid service after the new fees have taken effect, that constitutes your acceptance of the change.

6. Termination and Suspension of Accounts

By You: You can stop using introvrs at any time. You can also delete your account through your account settings. Deleting your account will remove your profile and posts from public view. However, some information may be retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy (for example, data in backups or information we need for legal compliance).

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or for any other reason at our discretion. We also reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or our policies.

Effect of Termination: If your account is terminated (by you or by us), you may lose access to your account and the content in it. We are not liable for any loss of data or content due to termination. It's your responsibility to keep copies of any content you want to preserve.

Survival: Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect. This includes sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is": introvrs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain a reliable and safe service, we make no warranty that introvrs will always be secure, error-free, or available at any particular time or location.

No Warranty: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content on the Platform (including content posted by users).

User Content: Content posted by users on introvrs is the responsibility of the users who provide it. We do not endorse or guarantee any user-generated content. You understand that by using the Service, you may encounter content that you find offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable. You agree that we are not liable for any harm caused by such content.

Third-Party Links: Users may include links to third-party websites or services in their posts or profiles. introvrs is not responsible for any third-party sites or resources, and we do not endorse or assume liability for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on third-party sites. If you access third-party links, you do so at your own risk and should read their terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, introvrs and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. This includes losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of other users or third parties on the Service; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or data; or (d) any other matter relating to introvrs.

Cap on Liability: In no event will our total liability for all claims arising in connection with the Service exceed the amount (if any) you paid to us in the past six months for any paid features, or $100 USD if you haven't had any paid transactions. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless introvrs, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) that arise from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

8. Modifications to the Service

introvrs is constantly evolving. We may add, change, or remove features or functionalities of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also temporarily or permanently suspend the Service. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of any part of the Service.

If you're unhappy with any modifications to the Service or if you can no longer use the Service following changes, your only remedy is to stop using introvrs.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. 10. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver: If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver of our rights. Any waiver of compliance with these Terms in a particular instance will not mean that we will waive terms in the future.

Assignment: You may not transfer or assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations to another party (for example, in the case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) without your consent.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines we provide, constitute the entire agreement between you and introvrs regarding your use of the Service. They supersede any prior agreements or communications (whether written or oral) about the subject matter.

Headings: Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
